Script Name	Function
addgptoloe.pl	Add service as a godparent or marriage witness as a possible last observed event in an individual’s life.
b2d.pl	Link births to deaths.
b2m.pl	Link births to marriages.
correctremar.pl	Correct parent to spouse remarriage links.
createdatasets.pl	Create 2 datasets from results of b2d, b2m, m2b, m2m(corrected by correctremar.pl). One set is is that of individuals, the other is the set of marriages.
g2b.pl	Link service as godparent or marriage witness back to the individual’s birth.
g2p.pl	Link service as godparent back to the parents of the child.
generalsubs.pm	General subroutines used in more than one script.
getkin_aaron.pl	Gullickson’s script for collecting the near kin of individuals.
lastevent.pl	Find the last event for an individual. Note this is updated by addgptoloe.pl.
m2b.pl	Link marriages back to births of the spouses.
m2d.pl	Link marriages forward to deaths of the spouses.
m2m.pl	Link marriages to later marriages.
na.pl	Fill blanks with “NA” for processing in R.
namecombos.pl	Cross-check number of spousal name pairs to number of marriages.

p2d.pl	Link spouses having no birth record forward to their own deaths.
testname.pl	Test how many unique combinations of first name husband - first name deceased and last name deceased there are in sorteddeaths.
